Avenue 89 currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may be accommodated before an order enters processing but cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of home fragrance products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference, minor packaging variations, or for products that have been opened, used, burned, or otherwise altered from their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within five calendar days of delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within five calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product, shipping box, interior packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep the product and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
What wax do you use in your candles?
Avenue 89 candles are made with Coco Apricot Crème wax.
What type of wick do you use?
Avenue 89 candles feature a wooden wick. A subtle crackle may occur as the candle burns.
How should I care for my wooden wick?
Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to approximately ⅛ inch and remove any loose, charred wood.
How long should I burn my candle?
During the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach close to the edges of the vessel to encourage an even burn.
Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Why might my product look slightly different?
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may naturally occur and do not affect the quality or intended performance of the product.
